We are former property developers passionate about creating software tools. Our aim is to enhance planning in development projects, minimizing rework in subsequent phases.

It all started in 2019

After completing civil engineering studies, Negin and Ali founded BUILDTECH in 2019, a consultancy for real estate developers. BUILDTECH created a detailed construction management system, tested on 40 projects, and later expanded into financial management and business strategy for real estate.

We got heavily involved in building analytics

As consultants from 2019 to 2024, we focused on rigorous analysis and reporting. Our services included CPM work, budgeting, scenario analysis, due diligence, investor reporting, data organization, and risk analysis, highlighting our comprehensive approach to optimizing project workflows and financial strategies.

We saw the problem

Over five-plus years of R&D, we realized that financial modeling's complexity poses challenges for many. To address this, we developed specialized software, designed a prototype, and partnered with an expert team. Now, we have established our base in Ontario, Canada, to launch this innovative solution.
