Our History
Our journey has taken us from consultants to software developers. This page pays tribute to our previous venture in property development, which laid the foundation for what we have become.
Founders Story
After completing their studies in civil engineering, Negin and Ali  founded BUILDTECH in 2019, a consultancy dedicated to small and  medium-sized real estate developers. Packed with young and talented  researchers and engineers, and backed by backgrounds in construction management and project management, they aimed to rectify inefficiencies  through technology-driven solutions and a subscription-based service model, underpinned by in-depth research and overseen by an expert advisory board.

Our (PREVIOUS) consulting services
2 .Automation and system design
BUILDTECH developed a comprehensive real estate development system, initially forming a detailed construction management sytem theory in 2020, aimed at property developers. This system was tested on 40 projects, involving nearly 1,000 units, in collaboration with 12 AEC companies. Following its success, BUILDTECH expanded into financial management and business startegy tailored for real estate.
